I am Aakash Shameer as you may have guessed and this is my blog. 

Why am I making a blog you may wonder, well I am an SPM 2017 candidate and I am applying to as many scholarships as I can. I would like to share my experience with you as I wish to help you for your future undertakings.

Here I am again, writing about my experience for a scholarship interview that I attended back on the 12th of April 2018. This time, it was for Telekom Malaysia. Why am I writing this scholarship experience now? you may ask. Well, let's just say that I was successful with this one. To get called for the interview, we obviously had to submit an online application beforehand. I applied for Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) in the UK. The event was held not only for overseas applicants but also for local applicants at the same time. I wasn't really prepared for this interview as I was hospitalized the day before and sick the week leading up to it. Yayasan Tenaga Nasional Scholarship Overseas 2018

Hi again. I recently went to YTN Scholarship Interview. The Interview was held at UNITEN Kajang. Before getting to this stage, we obviously have to apply online for this scholarship. It was very simple. So, this is the first post-SPM interview that I was shortlisted for so I was quite nervous coming into it but soon enough I realise that Khazanah Global, Petronas, BN and any other scholarship will be tougher than this. Before I tell you any details regarding the interview, I just want to let anyone reading this know that it changes every year and this is my year experience. Btw, I applied for Accounting in the UK and my session was the morning session. Regarding the number of applicants, I am not quite sure as there were about 50 applicants during my session and this event was held for 4 days. Let's begin. Bank Negara Malaysia Scholarship 2018 (READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING)

READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING  Bank Negara Scholarship is one of the most prestigious scholarship that is made available for post-SPM candidates. There are 2 categories in this scholarship, Kijang Emas and Kijang. Kijang Emas is a scholarship for Straight A+ candidates who are allowed to pursue any courses including those that aren't related to Bank Negara. For the Kijang scholarship, it is available to 8A+/A candidates for courses such as  Economics, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Law  and  Computer Science. Now I will like to tell you my piece of advice that I really wish someone had told me when I was applying. I am a Straight A+ SPM Candidate and I applied for Computer Science as my first choice and Accounting as my second choice (Courses which are related to BN).
